INDIA: Opposition Bloc Leaders Strategize for Upcoming Elections at Delhi Meeting

Today, the floor leaders of the ‘Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA),’ an opposition bloc, are set to meet at Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s residence in Delhi. The focus of this gathering is to formulate strategic plans for the imminent elections in five states and the crucial Lok Sabha elections scheduled for next year. However, seat-sharing arrangements are yet to be announced. The first meeting of the INDIA alliance’s Coordination Committee is scheduled for September 13, to be held at Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar’s residence in Delhi.
